Qualifications

• RN Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Possess a current RN license in the state of Washington.
• 4-6 years of nursing experience.
• 3+ years of experience with supervising staff
• CPR/BLS Certified
• Ability to work occasional weekend and/or holiday shift
• Working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental health is a plus.

• Responsible for medication management according to physician orders in accordance with state and facility policies
• Provide resident care with the help of departmental staff
• Help oversee staff to ensure resident care needs are met
• Complete necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyze and assess resident treatment by planning and coordinating care
• Supervise nursing assistants
• Offer support and guidance to residents and or family members
