Office Administrator and Sales Support
Role Purpose: Provide Administrative support to our Digital NA team
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Support management and sales team with daily duties.
Prepare, coordinate, and track all license agreements and work with legal for finalization; internally working with the HDNA Admin team, sales team, and distributors as well as tracking other misc. agreements
Review customer purchase order for accuracy prior to order processing by comparing to the quote
Update customer supplier portals.
Working with Sales and Admin team, along with distributors regarding model expiration and the need for discontinuances or license extension or renewals.
Work within and assist with the Salesforce Program for accurate customer information.
Work with HDNA GM and Finance Team on order entry and invoicing after training in CSI10.
Assists locally in the administration of various human resources programs.
General department assistance
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma required, Associate/bachelor’s degree in related field desired.
2+ years Previous customer service and administrative support experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams, CRM tool knowledge, such as Salesforce, preferred
Ability to use good judgment
