Tapping Deflection Operator Lead- 2nd Shift
Responsible for the set up and operation of assigned mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ensure quality control, perform complex troubleshooting, and provide leadership and training to team members to enhance overall productivity.
Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Run assigned mechanical equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure all produced items meet quality control requirements.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of equipment and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilize measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints when applicable
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements and assist in training new staff.
- Guide and mentor team members, helping interpret processes and contributing to efficiency improvements.
- Support daily operations and perform some supervisory duties when required.
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
- Education: High School Equivalent
- Experience: Typically requires 4+ years of experience.
