About the Role
Join a dynamic team in a leading manufacturing environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Lean, Finance, IT, HR, and more. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, contributing to real-world projects while learning about the ins and outs of manufacturing processes. Whether you’re interested in data management, process improvement, or hands-on technical support, this role will provide you with the foundational skills you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and more
- Create and refine standard work instructions for daily processes
- Input and manage data from technical documents
- Research, troubleshoot, and solve operational challenges
- Perform audits and report findings to improve processes
- Communicate with team members at all levels, including senior management
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least a 3.0 GPA
- Able to interpret and follow work instructions and written/verbal directions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Comfortable working with data and using mathematical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in seeking information or solving problems
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
