Responsibilities:
- Operate Assigned Mechanical Equipment: Utilize your skills to operate mechanical equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure Quality Control: Guarantee that all items produced meet our stringent quality control standards.
- Document Completion: Accurately and thoroughly complete all necessary documents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain 5S Standards: Uphold cleanliness and organization in your work area, adhering to our 5S standards.
- Follow Safety, Environmental, and Quality Procedures: Prioritize safety, environmental sustainability, and quality in all aspects of your work.
- Other Duties: Flexibility is key! Be prepared to assist with various tasks as assigned.
Experience and Education:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Competencies/Skills:
- Interpretation: Ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
- Direction Following: Strong aptitude for following both written and verbal directions.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Mathematics: Possess basic mathematical skills to excel in this role.
