Failure Analysis Technician (Diesel Engines)
Job Overview: As a member of the Quality Department, the Failure Analysis Technician should be familiar with diesel engine applications. Responsibilities include performing failure mode analysis of diesel engines to determine root cause failure for the warranty return. The Technician will also look for opportunities to improve the product.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting Pay Range: $19-21/hour, based on experience

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with diesel engine applications
- Perform failure mode analysis of units to determine root cause for warranty returns
- Look for opportunities to improve product
- Maintain records of inspection results
What you need to know: Looking for a candidate with strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A highly collaborative mindset and an ability to work independently in a team environment, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced rapidly changing atmosphere. Must be detail oriented and able to make decisions. Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Tools including Excel preferred.
