Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a qualified individual to help lead a small team at our Oklahoma City location.

Approximately 80% of the manager’s time will be involved in warehouse operations, and about 20% of the time may consist of product delivery. This position has a competitive wage with the opportunity to earn more money through audit and net profit bonuses. The position may require up to 45-hours per work week, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional time required for travel and as projects necessitate.

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Teams and other software programs.
• Strong communication skills are needed for constant support to drivers, outside sales reps and customers.
• Ability to perform on their own and be well organized, task-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of accounting and management skills is helpful.

Duties Include:

• Daily business of a small distribution center, including management of inventory and branch supplies, distribution of product, and customer service.
• Conduct interviews for drivers and warehouse support candidates to help in the recruiting process.
• Supervise and provide training to branch employees.
• Bank deposits and other basic accounting duties.
• Ability to drive a forklift (training provided).
• Willingness to be a back-up in time of absence of delivery drivers and the skill to drive a 20-24 foot box truck with a lift gate and carry a DOT medical card. Driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service.
• Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.

• No overnight shifts.
