Sales & Field Service Recruiter (Onsite)

 

Position Overview:

The Sales & Field Service Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of Field Service Representatives, Territory Managers, and key Operations roles, supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence. This role focuses on identifying high-performing candidates for field-based, territory management, and operations roles, ensuring the business is equipped with top talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, regional leaders, and operations teams to meet the hiring demands in these essential areas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish for Field Service Representatives, Territory Managers, and key Operations roles, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Leverage various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to attract qualified candidates for field-based, territory, and operations roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, regional leaders, and operations managers to fully understand role requirements, ensuring the best talent is selected to meet business needs.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and role-specific demands.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future openings in Field Service, Territory Management, and Operations, proactively engaging with passive candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including offer presentation and negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with compensation guidelines.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and internal company policies, particularly in regard to equal opportunity and diversity hiring practices.
  • Employer Branding: Represent and promote the company brand at industry events, career fairs, and on social media to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing a seamless transition into their new roles.

 

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on field service, territory management, or operations roles.
  • Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed teams, field-based roles, or operations teams is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms preferred.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with social media recruiting and networking platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
