We are currently hiring Full-Time Hand Packers for 1st and 3rd shifts at our Front Royal, VA location.

Job Duties: 

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Follow all Food Safety and Safety Procedures and Rules
• Hand packing freshly baked products such as crackers.
• Understanding/Performing Different Packaging Configurations
• Other assigned duties, as needed.
• Duties may be repetitive in nature and require
• ​Lifting 20-30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Work requires attention to detail and following detailed instructions accurately.
• This is a physically demanding job with repetitive work 

Job Requirements: 

• Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:00 AM).
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred candidates will have previous demonstrated manufacturing/industrial experience - preference in food/baking industry
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be comfortable to lift up to 30-50 pounds repetitively
• Flexibility working on some weekends
• Must be comfortable to work in food manufacturing environment allows you to stand for longer hours on your feet.
