Interchange Analyst
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Interchange Analyst within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, the Interchange Analyst is expected to manage and execute interchange rate programs (e.g., CSR) and other customer or vendor rate strategies. This individual contributor role collaborates closely with the Senior Analyst to identify opportunities, track performance and refine existing processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellence in rate program execution, compliance and operational improvement, with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. This role reports to Senior Analyst, Rate Optimization.
How We Work
As an Interchange Analyst, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Atlanta, GA and is hybrid working in the office four days per week
- Company-issued equipment and remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Train operation team members on rate change requests and surrounding processes.
- Check reporting for any rate issues in operational systems
- Manage opt out list and ensure compliance
- Review reporting for new customer & new vendor populations for rate improvement
- Monitor QA processes for new rates and rate change implementation.
- Provide regular updates on interchange developments to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a similar field, or 3-5 years of experience in related area.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships, both within Operations and across the executive leadership team.
- Proactive approach to process improvement is essential.
- Attention to detail, self-directed and intellectually curious. Independent thinker, with minimal direction required.
- Tenacity to think outside the box.
