Opportunity:
This entry level position is responsible for daily Registrar Services tasks as assigned by a Specialist III or Team Lead.
Pay: $19.23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Follows daily assignments and completes basic tasks to support department services.
- Uses systems and databases to perform duties.
- Works both independently and on a team.
- Responsible for meeting goals and department service levels.
- Participates in ongoing and cross-training to expand knowledge and task capabilities.
- Provides customer service to internal clients.
- Learns and follows academic policy.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or near completion.
- Good communication and people skills.
- PC proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail.
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Customer service experience in related industries.
- Flexible and adaptable.
