Opportunity:

This entry level position is responsible for daily Registrar Services tasks as assigned by a Specialist III or Team Lead.

 

Pay: $19.23/hour


Responsibilities:

  • Follows daily assignments and completes basic tasks to support department services.
  • Uses systems and databases to perform duties.
  • Works both independently and on a team.
  • Responsible for meeting goals and department service levels.
  • Participates in ongoing and cross-training to expand knowledge and task capabilities.
  • Provides customer service to internal clients.
  • Learns and follows academic policy.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or near completion.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • PC proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail.
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Customer service experience in related industries.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
