Training Specialist
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Training Specialist to join our growing New York Team!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct multiple weekly employee orientation sessions and support additional training programs as needed.
- Design and develop training programs based on various learning styles and instructional best practices in collaboration with the L&D Manager.
- Engage employees in dynamic and effective learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with leadership to assess and support department-specific training needs.
- Develop and update technical and skills training materials to align with company goals.
- Maintain, track, and report employee training history records.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with both local and national teams.
- Design and develop company-wide communication templates to support training and engagement efforts.
- Manage and contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Provide support to the Human Resources in various employee relationship duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in L&D or in a training environment with HR expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Engaging facilitation and presentation skills for diverse employee groups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with confidence and take initiative.
- High level of interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and leadership.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
- Conversational proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
