Responsibilities:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Flexibility (different shifts – early morning, evening, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in a food processing facility, hospitality, high paced catering establishment with floor monitoring
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance knowledge
- Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems
- Food Safety Certification, (including but not limited to SafeServ training
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- HACCP Certified preferred
