Learning System Intern - Talent Success
Summary of the Role:
In this internship, you will manage and support a learning management system (LMS) that
provides training and resources to team members. Here, you will learn how to manage an
LMS, build reports, provide trend analysis, manage support tickets in a ticketing system, and
work with team members from all disciplines.

Responsibilities:
Provide daily administration of the learning management system (LMS).
Provide weekly audit reports for compliance training and recognition exchanges.
Collaborate with the training team to test, publish, and manage training content.
Assist with various clerical and administration functions with other departments as
needed.
- Ensure the LMS quality is upheld regarding information accuracy and integrity.
- Respond to inquiries regarding training curriculum and programs.
In collaboration with the manager, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical
issues in the LMS. - Use a ticketing system to document and track all issues.

Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior at the start of the program.
- Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).
- Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in immersive technology and content.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel is required, including skills in formulas, pivot tables, and
VLOOKUP. - Able to review data, identify trends and outliers, and provide analysis to multiple
stakeholders. - Experience in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning is heavily
preferred. - Able to communicate across diverse teams with different levels of technical
expertise. Can explain complex concepts clearly. - Detail-oriented with excellent organization and interpersonal skills
