Affiliate Marketplace Manager Remote
The Affiliate Marketplace Manager for David’s bridal will champion the David’s Bridal mission to expand our eCommerce channels. This role leads strategy and execution across Amazon, DoorDash and other global marketplace platforms, prioritizing innovation, profitability, and customer delight. They drive best-in-class digital experiences, leverage data-driven insights to optimize content and product placement and expand our reach in ways that amplify our product positioning.
In partnership with teams across digital, marketing, and merchandising, the Affiliate Marketplace Manager ensures that our marketplace strategies are helping to sustain David’s Bridal competitive as the largest retailer for weddings and special occasions.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketplace growth: create and execute a comprehensive strategy for Amazon marketplace, manage relationships with partners and act as liaison between David’s Bridal and 3rd party channels
- Lead expansion into other marketplaces to enhance brand presence on 3rd party sellers
- Dive into Amazon Vendor Central data and analyze information to leverage for improved PDP conversion, promotion effectiveness, market basket insights, and price changes
- Drive growth and flowless execution of our DoorDash marketplace while partnering with Stores Operations
- Work cross-functionally: across all internal teams including Digital, Operations, Sales, Finance, Brand Marketing, Creative, etc to ensure collaborative team efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field
- 7+ years in e-commerce or digital retail, with 3+ years in a management position role, managing Amazon marketplace, ideally within fashion industry.
- Familiarity with inventory and warehouse distribution processes for Amazon 3PL and distribution.
- Proven success in launching and growing product lines on marketplace platforms, with a strong track record of driving brand-first strategies and expanding into new channels
- Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving profitability in dynamic digital environments
