Alta Material Handling is seeking a full-time Allied Sales Specialist reporting to our Woodbridge, ON branch. Reporting to the Ontario Sales Manager, the Allied Sales Specialist has a crucial role of driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence within your assigned territory. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Manages pipeline opportunities through our CRM program and activity promotes the use of CRM throughout the sales dept.
- Responsible for product and application training with sales reps to drive sales in the marketplace.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Works with Alta sales reps at all levels to build Combilift Sales in the Chicago market.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Builds and Maintains contact with vendors in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar equipment sales role dealing with business decision makers in the market
- Verifiable track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts
- A driven, hardworking Sales Representative who brings a positive attitude to the workplace and places customers first
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- A University or College Education preferred but not mandatory
- Sales and Account Management training is an asset
